This week we are entering the final phase of completing our latest wood processing machine. The grooved runner (dunnage) machine assembles parts of various lengths using six nail guns and a feeding system. The machine also adds a groove from the bottom to each runner that is adjustable to the needs of the end user.
In the end, this grooved runner machine will be able to create a part up to 60 inches long every 4 seconds. This greatly increased efficiency will allow its owner to increase capacity while decreasing labor costs dramatically.
