Job Description

We are seeking a Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial management across multiple business entities.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented financial leader with experience managing accounting operations in a multi-entity environment and working within modern ERP systems such as Odoo. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with leadership to support operational decision-making and long-term financial planning.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cost of goods sold, and project cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and financial regulations.
• Manage financial data and reporting within the company’s ERP system.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
• Support leadership with financial insight to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
