Return Policy

At Choice Machinery Group, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

General Return Requirements

  • All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back.
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging, inner materials, accessories, and documentation.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items returned without an RMA number or outside the 30-day window may be refused.

Restocking & Refunds

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved by Choice Machinery Group.

Special Orders & Cancellations

  • Special-order or custom-built equipment may not be canceled or returned without prior written authorization from Choice Machinery Group.
  • Canceled orders may incur a processing or restocking charge.

Warranty Returns

If you are returning a part or component under warranty, please follow the Warranty Claim Procedure outlined in your product documentation. In most cases, a replacement part will be shipped and the original part must be returned freight prepaid within 30 days of shipment.

Freight Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Choice Machinery Group is not responsible for damage due to improper packaging or carrier handling.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service at (616) 546-8225 or email info@choicemachinerygroup.com.
  2. Provide your original order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. You will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship your return prepaid to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.
